About the event
CEREMONY
The wedding ceremony will be held in the front lawn of the Switzer's estate.
Where:
1036 Birchcliffe Crescent, Severn, ON
Time:
The ceremony will begin at 3:00p.m., so the bride and groom ask that you arrive 30 minutes before to leave time for parking and seating
Dress:
The bride and groom were aiming for a "black tie event" and would ask all guests to try and follow this vision by wearing their best formal attire! Please keep in mind that both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on a grassy field area, so ladies, unless your an absolute professional in your heals, leave them at home and opt for a more comfortable practical footwear option. Also, this being said, please dress for the weather and think about bringing a jacket if the day turns out to be a bit chilly later in the night!
Parking:
The ceremony location is located on a dead end road and guests can park along the road ensuring not to block any driveways or access points.
Kids:
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you're able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the special day!
RECEPTION
The wedding reception will be held at Jennifer's parents house in the back yard.
Where:
1036 Birchcliffe Crescent, Severn, ON
Time:
The reception will begin at 5:30p.m., but guests are welcome to leave stright from the ceremony and attend the reception location where there will be a cocktail hour and horderves served while the bride and groom are completing photos with family.
Parking:
Just like the ceremony parking, the reception is being held on a dead end road so guests can park along the street making sure not to block any driveways or access points.
Bar:
There will be an open bar
Dinner:
Dinner will be served at 06:00p.m. and will be a buffet style dinner. Guests will be able to choose their meal and dietary restictions will be taking into account making sure that there is something for everyone.
